To streamline your application process, please have the following ready: -Payment Information: Your application, administration fees and application deposit are required at the time of submission to secure your apartment. - Income Verification: Be prepared to upload proof of income, such as recent pay stubs.Application Deposit (Refundable or Non-Refundable)In addition to any applicable application fees, you agree to pay an application deposit of $100 to our representative. Please note, this deposit is not a security deposit. The application deposit will be credited toward your first month's rent upon execution of the Lease by all parties. Alternatively, the deposit may be refunded as outlined in Section 7 if the application is not approved. However, the deposit will be retained as liquidated damages if you fail to sign the Lease or if you withdraw from the application process in accordance with Sections 4 and 5 of the Application Agreement.
